Project Management:
- Support during planning and implementation of quality assurance projects.
- Definition of project milestones and monitoring of project progress.
- Mainly responsible for the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Communication with stakeholders to clarify requirements and standards.
Scrum Master:
- Onboarding, coaching and support of scrum team members.
- Moderation of various Scrum events (Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews and Retrospective).
- Improvement of processes according to the Agile methodology, collaboration, communication and transparency.
- Working with Product Owners to ensure clear and prioritized backlog maintenance.
- Stakeholder management between various parties.
- Identifying and removing obstacles to the team's progress.

What you bring along:
- First professional experience in project management or completed business/agricultural studies.
- Very good organizational and coordination skills, initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Independent, precise and structured way of working.
- Ability to deal with complexity and achieve results.
- Strong team and communication skills and service-oriented working approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Agile project management and Jira is an advantage.
- Fluent in German, English and Italian.
