An orientation plan worked out individually for you ensures your optimal start in the company. Feedback is a good opportunity for continuous improvement process. For this reason, our feedback meetings take place at regular intervals. At least once a year, our supervisors get together with you to talk about the work you've done, completed projects, as well as old and new goals.
